Op kindcentrum BR!CKS creëren we denkende doeners (of denkers die doen). Door een “maakcultuur” te creëren zorgen we ervoor dat elk kind op elk niveau een waardevolle bijdrage kan leveren aan het proces en het uiteindelijke eindresultaat. We brengen kinderen die liever doen en kinderen die graag denken met elkaar in beweging. Op deze manier wisselen we kennis en kunde uit om samen verder te komen.
Een betrokken en sensitieve leraarondersteuner met een sterke affiniteit voor culturele en didactische diversiteit. Beschikt over een open, onderzoekende houding en het vermogen om effectief aan te sluiten bij leerlingen, ouders en collega’s met uiteenlopende achtergronden. Begrijpt dat culturele context en leerstijlen van grote invloed zijn op onderwijsbeleving en -resultaten, en weet hier op respectvolle en doelgerichte wijze op in te spelen.
Ervaren in het begeleiden van leerlingen met diverse onderwijsbehoeften, waarbij differentiatie, inclusie en maatwerk centraal staan. Signaleert vroegtijdig knelpunten in leerprocessen en sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling en werkt planmatig samen met leerkrachten om passende ondersteuning te bieden.
Communicatief vaardig, verbindend en reflectief. Creëert een veilige leeromgeving waarin verschillen worden erkend en benut als kracht. Draagt actief bij aan een inclusieve schoolcultuur waarin iedere leerling zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelt.
Kindcentrum BR!CKS is onderdeel van Best Onderwijs. Stichting Best Onderwijs bestaat uit acht scholen gevestigd in Best.

Making education creates connection
At BR!CKS we teach children to be partly responsible for their own learning process and development. The basis for this lies in offering fun, challenging, varied and valuable education and creating a safe and secure culture.

We start from the qualities of our students and get the most out of them. Our ambition is to have every child well prepared and in line with and appropriate to his or her knowledge, ability and desire to continue on to secondary education after eight years.
Our school houses different cultures. That makes us unique! We learn from and with each other and respect that we all have a different background and our own story. That enriches our view and our actions.
Our team consists of over 20 people. Passion, professionalism and collegiality go hand in hand. From a shared vision, they bear the joint responsibility for our education. Communication between teachers, children and parents is important in this.
