Hiervoor is het belangrijk dat iedereen lekker in zijn vel zit, want juist dit voedt de natuurlijke wil om te willen weten.Hierbij versterkt het echte ‘beleven’ het leerzame avontuur en hebben we er vertrouwen in dat de tijd en energie die dit vraagt, het dubbel en dwars waard is.
Op ’t Erf is een veilige en natuurlijke omgeving, die bij uitstek geschikt is voor verdiepend leren en ontwikkelen op maat.
Kinderen worden hier gestimuleerd om te experimenteren en om te ontdekken. Onze focus ligt op begrip, het leren begrijpen van de wereld om ons heen. Op ’t Erf worden we samen wereldwijzer. Welbevinden, de wil om te willen weten én betrokkenheid staan voorop en het onderwijs maken we hier samen.
Samen met de kinderen, met de natuur, met onze wijk, met onze omgeving, met kindcentra elders in de wereld, met ouder(s)/verzorger(s) en samen met een enthousiaste club professionals. In verband met ons groeiende kindcentrum zijn we per 1 augustus 2026 opzoek naar nieuwe onderwijsprofessionals. Wij zoeken een leraarondersteuner/onderwijsassistent met Engels als moedertaal voor unit 1/2/3.

Ons nieuwe gebouw is met respect voor de natuur zo duurzaam mogelijk gebouwd en speciaal ontworpen voor verdiepend leren. Hier leren alle kinderen van verschillende leeftijden van en met elkaar. In een groepsruimte start ieder kind de dag.
Daarna kunnen de kinderen bijvoorbeeld gaan werken in unieke labs in het gebouw en/of zich verwonderen buiten het gebouw. Door een juiste balans tussen de overdracht van kennis (door de professional als leraar) en het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden (door de professional als coach) ontdekken kinderen hoe het (rekening houdend met people, planet en profit) werkt in… ‘de echte wereld’.

Op ‘t Erf is onderdeel van Stichting Best Onderwijs en Korein. Best Onderwijs bestaat uit acht kindcentra gevestigd in Best. Doordat Best Onderwijs een klein bestuur is, wordt er tussen de kindcentra veel samengewerkt. Job Description for a Teacher’s Aide / Teaching Assistant at Op ’t Erf
Op ’t Erf is a welcoming place where children ages 0 to 13 can be themselves and develop at their own pace and in their own time.

Due to the growth of our childcare center, we are seeking new Teaching Assistant as of August 1, 2026. We are looking for a Teacher’s Aide/Teaching Assistant who an English native-speaker for units 1/2/3.
Our new building is constructed as sustainably as possible with respect for nature and is designed for in-depth learning. Here,
children of all ages learn from and with one another. Each child starts the day in a group space. Thereafter, the children can work in
unique labs within the building and/or explore the world outside the building. Through the right balance between the transfer of
knowledge (by the professional teacher) and the development of skills (by the professional coach), children discover how things
work (taking people, planet, and profit into account) in ‘the real world’.
You lead by example! You bring a wealth of global experiences with you and want to keep learning through experimentation and exploration.
You are given—and take—the space you need for this. And you think in the best interests of the entire child center.
A teaching assistant/teacher’s aide with English as a native language and Dutch at a minimum B2 level for 0.4–1 FTE. A minimum of 0.4 FTE will be assigned to units 1/2/3.
Op ‘t Erf is part of the Best Onderwijs Foundation and Korein. Best Onderwijs consists of eight childcare centers located in Best. Because Best Onderwijs has a small board, there is a great deal of collaboration among the childcare centers.

In Aarlesche Erven we are building a new building for care and education. A nice place where 0 to 13 year olds can develop into 'world wisdoms'. The building is located in a natural environment and is ideally suited for customized education. The first 'wise maker' is the child you learn from and who moves next to you in the same building or the child from another country that you speak to via Skype.

The new building will be built as sustainably as possible with respect for nature.
It is designed for in-house and special unit education, whereby the offer is optimally tailored to the individual. We create education here together. Together with the children, with nature, with our environment, with schools elsewhere in the world, with parents and together with an enthusiastic club of professionals.
Children can work in unique labs in the building and wonder outside the building. With the right balance between transferring knowledge (by the professional as teacher) and developing skills (by the professional as coach) they discover how it works in… ‘the real world’
From a safe base, world wisers debate and investigate ‘real problems’. What is going on? How can we contribute to this? Who do we need? Together we explore the possibilities the world has to offer and come up with the most suitable solution.
